I'd like to start this by saying that the service and quality of the product I have received from your Observatory branch has been one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I purchased a two-stage business card cutter from them in 2014, it was one of the cheapest machines you sold and it was on special at the time, but I was treated the same as a higher-paying client, had a tour of the facility, the machines sold and because one of the staff lived in our area, they even delivered the machine to me. If all of that wasn't enough, the after-sales support I received was even better. Over the years that followed I periodically had someone call or pop into my offices to check on this little machine and if we needed anything, the gentleman that came out even helped teach me how to maintain the machine better and to this day, 6 years later, that little machine is going strong. It's a little bit more squeaky now than when we purchased the machine, but it is fantastic and has probably cut more than it's 1 000 000 business cards.
